The Fintech Innovation Centre of CCB Singapore Branch (the “Centre”), based at the Fintech Division of the CCB Singapore Branch, will operate under the stewardship of the Head Office of China Construction Bank Corporation (“CCB Group”). Tapping on the strong capabilities of Fintech innovation and the vast resources offered by Singapore’s strategic location, the Centre will work towards the following goals:

1. Collaborate with CCB Group’s Fintech team in the Head Office and develop Fintech solutions that serve the emerging financial needs in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
2. Demonstrate and showcase CCB Group’s R&D capabilities in Fintech and its innovative projects, and facilitate the exchange of ideas through seminars, forums and exhibitions, serving as a channel of external communication on CCB Group’s Fintech efforts.

III. Work closely with China Enterprises Association, The Chinese Embassy in Singapore and Singapore government agencies in providing technological support for the implementation of key projects under the strategic partnership between Singapore and China. These efforts will utilise the technological achievements available on CCB Group’s e-match platform on digital exhibition, digital banking, cross-border payment, amalgamation of business receipts, shared agency platform, smart administration of government affairs, smart cities etc.

1. Participate in the R&D projects in collaboration with the Head Office of CCB Group; establish partnerships with renowned universities in Singapore, research institutes and the technology industry; establish the mechanism for discussion with the Head Office, Overseas Fintech Centre, and CCB Group’s global branches and subsidiaries; encourage the participation of both internal and external parties in the innovation efforts, and groom talents in the Fintech field for CCB Group overseas.
