Overview

CCB Singapore Branch’s Investment Banking unit was established in April 2004 and was expanded in July 2020 to include Financial Institutions functions to form the Financial Institutions and Capital Markets Department (“FICM”). We principally provide an avenue for our clients, including financial institutions to tap into the capital markets in Singapore for fundraising purposes.

Our capital markets team provides a full range of investment banking services covering equity capital markets, debt capital markets, corporate advisory, merger and acquisitions advisory and custody and investor services. Our Financial Institutions team provides banks and other non-bank financial institutions in Singapore and the region with financing solutions, trade financing, deposits and in-house funding services, and financial service or assistance for their access to the China Capital Market.

Our division also covers the activities under CCB Singapore’s Investment Banking Transaction Centre. Strategically located in Singapore, we look to deepening our roots in Southeast Asia in the areas of investment banking and capital markets as we further build up the international sales channels and expand our capabilities in providing one-stop, fully-integrated and cross-border investment banking solutions.
