China Construction Bank Singapore Branch’s Investment Banking Transaction Centre (the "IB Centre") is CCB’s flagship brand in servicing the investment banking community in the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) region. Strategically located in Singapore, we look to deepening our roots in Southeast Asia in the areas of investment banking and capital markets as we constantly grow our international sales channels and expand our capabilities in providing one-stop, fully-integrated and cross-border investment banking solutions. The IB Centre will also serve as a platform for resources sharing, talent training and investor services.

The IB Centre brings CCB’s featured cross-border investment banking services to our clients in China, Singapore and the region. We believe in mobilising resources while sharing knowledge, and we believe in being innovative. We strive to provide customers with an ecosystem of integrated capital market services from deal origination to strategic advisory.

Our products and services, provided by four designated teams, include REITS listing and initial public offerings （IPOs）on the Singapore Exchange, corporate bond issuances, and corporate advisory and cross-border custody services for investors.
