CCB Singapore successfully assists COSCO Shipping International (Singapore) Co., Ltd. in raising S$272.3 million in its rights issue

30 July 2025 - China Construction Bank Corporation Singapore Branch has recently assisted COSCO Shipping International (Singapore) Co., Ltd. (“COSCO Singapore”) in its rights issue as the Manager.

An aggregate of 2,239,244,954 shares were allotted and the net proceeds from the rights issue was approximately S$272.3 million. COSCO Singapore will utilise the proceeds to fund the construction or acquisition of logistics infrastructure and investment opportunities including the development of Jurong Island Logistics Hub Phase II, as well as to repay bank borrowings.
