Our DCM team acts as an arranger, bookrunner and/or lead manager in clients’ bond issuances and assists them in their fundraising in the debt capital markets.
Since the commencement of DCM business in 2015, we have successfully concluded more than 30 bonds transactions with a total issue volume of over USD20 billion (including USD-bond issuance and the USD equivalent of various currencies such as SGD, EUR and CNH). We have a diverse client base, which includes financial institutions and corporates from various sectors such as engineering, power utilities, consumer goods and logistics, many of whom are state-owned-enterprises (SOEs) from China.
