CCBSG’s business partners (such as consultants, advisors, contractors, agents, sponsors, suppliers, vendors, customers, any third party and any other person associated (directly or indirectly)) must comply with the anti-bribery and anti-corruption practices and standards that CCBSG has put in place as well as the applicable laws that prohibit bribery and corruption.
All employees are responsible for their own compliance and must ensure that they adhere to CCBSG’s anti-bribery and corruption practices and policy in order to protect CCBSG’s reputation.
Staff or business partners of CCBSG who genuinely suspect or become aware of the existence of any wrongdoing, corruption, fraud, bribery or corruption conduct within CCBSG may report such matters to the Chief Anti-Bribery and Corruption Officer CCBSG via the following channels:-

The reporting party is encouraged to include his/her contact information. CCBSG will ensure the confidentiality of the reporting and prohibit any form of reprisal against the reporting party if the report is made in good faith. Frivolous and bogus reports will be disregarded and if the reports are established to have been made with malicious intent, CCBSG will consider taking appropriate actions against the reporting party.
