SINGAPORE, July 20, 2022 - The Huawei Intelligent Finance Summit 2022 (“The HIFS 2022”) came to Singapore for the first time as the event was unveiled at Sands Expo & Convention Centre on July 20, 2022. Ms. Sun Nianbei, General Manager of China Construction Bank Singapore Branch was invited to speak at the event. 

Ms. Sun gave a speech titled “Innovation and Inclusion---Building a Smart Finance Ecosystem”. She shared CCB’s vision to build itself into “the most financially-savvy technology group” and “the most tech-savvy financial group”, and CCB’s commitment to and investment in building up its Fintech capabilities. Ms. Sun also introduced CCB’s Fintech achievements, including launching the new generation of the core banking system globally and sharing it with government agencies and other institutions, and CCB’s smart B2B cross-border matchmaking platform, CCB Match Plus, which connects tens of thousands of business opportunities. CCB Singapore’s Fintech Innovation Centre will serve as a platform for exchanging ideas, connecting the Fintech expertise and resources between Singapore and CCB, and facilitate collaborations.

Under the theme of "Shaping Smarter, Greener Finance", the HIFS 2022 summit brought together leading figures in the financial industry, KOLs, academic experts, and innovative practitioners from more than 30 countries to discuss the future development of the financial industry and explore ways to build smarter and greener finance together.
