The Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) established the foundation for the Do Not Call Registry (implemented in January 2014) and for the data protection provisions which take effect on 2 July 2014. In line with the enactment of the PDPA, CCBC Singapore Branch has established a Personal Data Protection Policy detailing how it will collect, store, use, process and disclose personal data in a manner consistent with the PDPA.
