On 24 January 2007, the Investment Banking Division of CCB Singapore Branch successfully completed
its first secondary fund-raising exercise for an SGX-listed company. CCB Singapore Branch was the lead
Placement Agent in the placement exercise undertaken by Luzhou Bio-Chem Technology Limited, raising
a total of $26.5 million.
